Severe relationship dysfunction is often due to enmeshment and a lack of appropriate implicit interpersonal boundaries, such as in "gaslighting." Evidence suggests that this innovative method proposed rapidly changes interpersonal and internal boundaries. This presentation will include theory, research, and application through live demonstrations with volunteers.

This presentation is about the consequences of childhood emotional neglect for adults who struggle with intimacy in couple relationships.
